Instruction:

You are the department head of a multispecialty ambulatory care clinic during a worldwide pandemic of a highly infectious novel virus. 

Your task is to develop a comprehensive risk management plan for the clinic that identifies, mitigates, and evaluates the second and third order effects of the three most likely and/or most dangerous risks posed by the pandemic. 

The plan must include a path that allows for the continued delivery of medical services while simultaneously maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.

 In crafting the post, remain cognizant of the unique risks of an outpatient ambulatory clinic as well as applicable regulations, mandates, and legislation.

 Utilize the attached template when constructing the develop plan.
