In this module, you have been introduced to the concept of the scholar-practitioner. You have been introduced to the Vitae Researcher Development Framework (RDF) in some detail. In Chapter 6 of Anderson et al. (2015), the authors present a number of alternative frameworks, concepts and checklists surrounding this idea. Choose either the Vitae Framework or another model or framework from the literature that you find useful and relevant to your research. Justify your selection of the model or framework. Using this model or framework, assess your own competencies against it. Identify your key areas for development against this model, explain your reasoning.
