  2. Review this week’s content and watch HR Coffee talks with Professor Shing jae Shin on the link between performance management systems and creative behavior, and, Professor David Caughlin on the importance of data analytics in HRM.

  1. A recent trend in the performance management area is the call for organizations to get rid of their formal performance appraisal process and replace it with other processes. Do you agree or not? Based on the SHRM article and the rest of the material covered this week, what would you recommend organizations do with regard to their performance appraisal and performance management processes? (8 points)
