Submit the first two weeks of your reflective journal. This will be for Modules 1 and 2. It will be reviewed weekly as we progress through the semester. Each week you should incorporate your impressions of the assigned readings, course discussions, and responses from the professor and classmates. Each weekly installment should be roughly 1 to 2 pages single-spaced. Refer to the Journal Guidelines for details.

By the end of this learning module, you will be able to:
- Explain the concept of equal employment opportunity and identify the federal laws affecting equal employment opportunity.
- Discuss who is responsible for ensuring equal employment opportunity and define types of employment discrimination.
- Define and discuss affirmative action.
- Explain the Uniform Guidelines related to sexual harassment, national origin, religion, and caregiver discrimination and describe sexual harassment in the global environment.
- Describe the concept of diversity, discuss diversity management and explain the various elements of a diverse workforce.
