Use the Evidence Evaluation Table Template for this assignment. Add each study to the Evidence Evaluation Table and complete all columns for each study. For the Level of Evidence (1-5) and Overall Quality Evaluation (High, Good, Low), use the criteria on the relevant appraisal tool. Be sure to address all components of the Evidence Evaluation Table Rubric.

In the References section of the Evidence Evaluation Table Template, create a reference list of all included studies using APA 7th edition Style Formatting.

- A full-study pdf version of all included articles (e.g., not an abstract only)
- A completed Appraisal Tool for each article
