I was skeptical using IFS as a modality. The video we watched in class was more an exorcism to me rather than therapy. However, I found it really good while talking to Riley especially being able to identify her lack of managers, “coping” tools to help her feel more grounded and on top of her very busy life. I am excited to try this exercise again.
