Clinical Supervision Engagement Plan and Biopsychosocial Case Formulation

  1. View the following video and read the journal article:

    2. Article: The case formulation in child and adolescent psychiatry
    1. Write a one-page paper that outlines your plan for engaging in clinical supervision with both your onsite preceptor and PMHNP faculty member. Consider your role, the role of the supervisor, time, frequency, and plan for preparation.
    2. Complete the Biopsychosocial Table(Word document) on a patient you saw in clinic (adult or child/adolescent) and write up a full biopsychosocial formulation. Cite references using APA when appropriate.
    3. Based on the case you developed for your biopsychosocial formulation ask three questions you have for supervision about this case.
