SOAP Assignment 3 Instructions

1. Review the video of a clinical encounter with William. HERELinks to an external site.
2. Using the information provided and the Acute focused history and physical guide/SOAP note template:
   1. Write a SOAP note of the encounter.
   2. Include at least 3 differential diagnoses.
   3. Include a plan for the patient that includes
      1. any lab or imaging studies ordered (if applicable to the case)
      2. non-pharmacological treatment
      3. pharmacological treatment (may be nonspecific by suggesting ‘an antibiotic 
      4. or a blood pressure lowering agent’)
      5. Return to work/school instructions (if applicable to the case)
      6. appropriate health promotion/disease prevention
      7. after care instructions
      8. follow up if necessary
   4. Include an additional section that includes any information you would have asked differently or in addition to what was provided (your response here may be n/a)
   5. Include at least one reference to support your recommendations
