Present your personal leadership philosophy. As we noted in this week’s lecture, you already have a personal leadership philosophy. Your philosophy is reflected in how you interact with people. Do you treat people like you want to be treated? Are you willing to take a stand on an issue and “stick by your guns?” Script your personal leadership philosophy. Relate the concepts studied this week and describe the lessons you learned from this process.
