Create a 10-—to 15-slide analyzing the assessments you’ve developed, focusing on the development process and assessment results.
Include the following information for assessment development:- A description of the instruction necessary to prepare students for the assessments
- How your personal identity, worldview, and prior experience affected your development of the assessments
- How the assessments meet the needs of these students
- How you make accommodations in the assessment or testing conditions, especially for students with disabilities and language learning needs
- The ethical use of multiple assessments and assessment data to identify learner strengths and needs
- How you use these assessments to guide your decision-making about students
- How you will engage learners in their own growth and monitor learner progress
Include the following information for assessment results:- How your personal identity, worldview, and prior experience may affect your interpretation of the assessments’ results
- How you will use the results of these assessments to promote learner growth
- How you will use the results of these assessments to evaluate your teaching practice, the effects of your choices and actions on others, and adapt your practice to meet the needs of each learner
- How you will use these assessments to guide your decision-making about future instruction
