In the team discussion, privacy and confidentiality were discussed. The CIO of BioHack has tasked you with conducting research and submitting a complete report on the topic. The CIO is concerned about the challenges to privacy and confidentiality.

- Explore the specifics on what was protected (materials, code, documents, etc.) and how it was revealed, including the ethical violations.
- Indicate whether training or acknowledgment was known to all involved before the ethical concern occurred.
- Indicate whether privacy and confidentiality were violated due to ethical concerns.
- Based on your research, give your opinion on whether there was a punishment for the ethical breach and whether the punishment suited the crime.
- Include a policy that could be used to prevent such a breach from taking place at BioHack.
- Include the consequences of violating the policy.
